Vertical roller mill in cement industry
Vertical roller mill can be used in the whole process of cement production. In the limestone crushing and grinding plant, vertical roller mill can grind the limestone particles into fine powder; in the coal pulverizing plant, vertical roller mill can be used to grind the coal into fine powder; in the gypsum grinding plant, vertical roller mill will pulverize the gypsum into ultrafine powder; in the cement clinker grinding process, vertical roller mill plays an important role too.
Vertical roller mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The cement mill machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
