Raymond Mill Overview
R series Raymond mill is produced based on many years’ researched and developed, adopted advanced international technology, to meet the client’s different requirement. Raymond Mill Working Principle
There is a screw conveyor under the discharge of hopper. A flapper is installed on the dicharge of screw conveyor. They two are used to guarantee and block positive-negative pressure of airblow that caused by the running state of whole structure and grinding mill. First of all, the flapper guarantees the positive-negative airblow, so the powder through the hopper, drop into the entrance of not operational screw conveyor and piled up.
When the entrance of screw conveyor is piled fully, the inactive screw conveyor will play an important role in locking the airblow. If the flapper doesn’t work, the screw conveyor will be reformed to be secondary airlock. In addition, it discharges powder indirectly and packs products intensively, and avoids the case of less powder or no powder producing results of the airlock loose, that enhance the rate of productivity of powder.
Raymond Mill Characters
1. The overall machine is vertical structure, of space saving and strong systematic. Raymond mill can be used as an independent production system, from raw material rough processing to transporting to powder making and the packing.
2. Compared with other mills, its passing through rate can be as high as 99%.
3. The gearing of mainframe is equipped sealed gear box and belt belley, drives stability and operates reliably.
4. The main part is made of high quality cast and steel, which ensures the durability of whole plant.
5. The electric control system is centralized controlled, the application is advanced and reasonable, and the automation degree is high.
6. In engineering project: It is an ideal equipment of artificial sand, cusion material, asphalt concrete and cement concrete aggregate making. In mining industry: It is widely used for the first stage ore grinding, which can produce adequate ore fines to reduce the high cost ore grinding load.
Raymond Mill Structures
The powder collector is consisting of cyclone, hopper, conveyor and airlock. The powder is grinded by Raymond mill will moved by air flow of blower, through from analyzer that is equipped on mainframe to be classified to standard powder, then with airflow into separator from tangent direction. The airflow will generate strong centrifugal force in whirl, the most of powder will thrown to machine wall, the powder will fall into hopper and separate from air; Rotary air will close up to central along with cone shrink. It will rise when reach to conicity of the bottom of cyclone, forming a stream from up to bottom in spiral, then it will be discharged from the top of cyclone separator. After passing muffler and it will be inhaled to blower, brought to the tank in the end. In this way, a circulatory system mainframe is formed. The material is grinded continuously, and the powder will be taken away by air blower, that forms a material feeding system. The whole system is closed circulatation. Besides, the feeding system of titanium dioxide powder is under sub pressure states.
